About Aida Khazieva

Her Story

Aida Khazieva has spent more than two decades practicing electrology and teaching the next generation of beauty professionals. She is a licensed cosmetologist in Orange County, California, with a practice that has grown to serve over 10,000 clients over the course of her career. Her professional book on electrolysis technique has sold over 70,000 copies, becoming a reference for practitioners studying the craft. Her contribution to the beauty education field was recognized with an EB-1A visa, a US immigration category reserved for individuals with extraordinary ability in their profession, evaluated against a small group of people who have risen to the very top of their field.

Over 20 years of hands-on practice means Aida has worked through the full range of situations a practicing electrologist encounters: different hair types, skin sensitivities, treatment areas, and client concerns. That range is what shows up in her teaching.
